By default, our deliveries do not require a signature upon receipt. However, it's essential to note that if you grant us authority to leave the consignment in your absence, we cannot guarantee the safety or condition of your parcel. Factors such as weather conditions (rain, heat), exposure to dirt, or potential damage may affect the integrity of your delivery. In such instances, we can only assure delivery and quality up to the point indicated by the track and trace system.
