Return Policy

At Forbidden Onyx, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a refund, excluding the return shipping fee of $10.00, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment. Please note that Forbidden Onyx does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

Return Process

To initiate a return, simply send back the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. For exchanges, kindly return the item(s) and place a new order for the desired item.

Conditions for Returns

All merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

Please note that refunds are not offered for gift card purchases.
